Before completing the online referral form the home school MUST contact the Specialist Resource Base Lead Teacher.

SRB Panel Meetings for Academic Year 2023/24

 The following dates are for the 2023/24 SRB admissions meetings. 

1) The referral deadline is at 17.30pm on the submission deadline dates below in the first column. This is the date schools must send in their referral.

2) The second column is the actual meeting date. Meetings take place at the PDC / County Hall (or virtually) for ASD SRBs and Cognition and Learning SRBS.
